More About Tim
Working with clients since 2004
My varied life adventures living, working and studying in Stockholm, New York, Los Angeles, Havana, Jamaica, and now, Portugal, contribute to a broad understanding of the human experience.
At age 14, I studied Buddhism in Social Studies class which sparked a lifelong interest in personal development. That led me to a deeper discovery of yoga, meditation and psychology when I was 18.

I decided to combine many years of self-exploration with a formal education in 2004. And since 2014, I have been working as a licensed psychologist in several areas, like Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Family Therapy, Violence and Anger Management, and Couples Therapy. I have been employed by two Swedish Municipalities and self employed in my own private practice.
Additionally in 2021, I worked with Karolinska Institute and the region of Stockholm on the first study made in Sweden on the effects of psilocybin on depression.

I continue to enjoy my path of learning and development through reading relevant materials and enrolling in courses related to psychology and self growth.
